Regional HR Business Partner

Our client is seeking to hire a Regional HR Business Partner to join their team. The role is home based but requires monthly travel to your assigned sites. This is a great, progressive opportunity that offers flexibility and professional development.

As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with colleagues to design, implement and review HR objectives, and reporting on HR KPIs within your region.
  • Managing HR and ER related matters (eg TUPE transfer, disciplinary and performance).
  • Conducting monthly HR clinics at each site.
  • Attracting and recruiting talent to support current and future organisational needs.
  • Coaching the management teams in your assigned depots.

You will have:

Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in HR Management or similar.

Experience in a HR Generalist or Business Partner position.

TUPE experience.

A valid UK Driving License.

The sites include: Ipswich, Essex, Luton, Woodford Green, Rochester, Norwich.

You will have a monthly car allowance and mileage will be compensated.
