Our mid-market private equity (PE) client is seeking to hire an interim FP&A Senior Analyst. This role requires a strong business acumen, fluency in Italian, and a willingness to be based in Gallarate, Italy as required.
The business is in the middle of a transformation. This interim will need to be able to quickly establish a presence, understanding the business through detailed analysis, as well setting up the budget modeling. The ideal candidate should have experience in a role within a large international businesses Group FP&A function. This should include a track record of engaging in international budgeting and forecasting processes, margin analysis, improvement projects, comprehensive business-wide planning and forecasting, compliance, reporting and analysis at a region-wide level.
To qualify for this position, you must be a certified accountant with 10 years’ experience in FP&A teams within the demanding private equity / manufacturing sector. This role will suit an energetic and hands-on individual, looking to leverage their experience and make significant change to the business and offer support to the team.
This role is likely to be for 6-9 months and you should be available to start at short notice.
Daily rate commensurate to experience.
