Our client, an exciting Private Equity-backed business, is seeking to hire a Plant Controller on a permanent basis. As a Plant Controller, you will spearhead financial operations across two sites, primarily located in Tilburg, Netherlands, with occasional travel to Kessel, Belgium. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimising financial performance, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance within the manufacturing sector. With exposure to private equity environments and a solid background in manufacturing, you’ll thrive in this role, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex financial landscapes.
