Our mid-market private equity (PE) client is seeking to hire an interim FP&A Senior Analyst. This role requires a strong business acumen, fluency in Italian, and a willingness to be based in Gallarate, Italy as required.
The business is currently in a transformative state. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this interim will be involved in:
- Leading annual budget preparation
- Monthly forecast for volumes, discounts, sales and direct margin
- Be a business partner to the sales team, reviewing, analyzing and interpreting actual and budgetary information
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship to the team to create sales plans and set goals
- Ad Hoc / improvement projects
To qualify for this position, you must be a certified accountant with 10 years’ experience in FP&A teams within the demanding private equity / manufacturing sector. This role will suit an energetic and hands-on individual, looking to leverage their experience and make significant change to the business and offer support to the team.
This role is likely to be for 6-9 months and you should be available to start at short notice.
Daily rate commensurate to experience.
