Our client, a dynamic private equity-backed business located near Bavaria, Germany, is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to join their team for a 6-month period. As a crucial member of the executive leadership, you will play a hands-on role in leading transformation projects within the finance function, alongside handling day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working within private equity-backed environments, demonstrating proficiency in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities presented within such settings. Moreover, candidates should exhibit a proven track record of successfully managing finance transformations, coupled with a strong foundation in Big 4 auditing and holding a certification as an ACA, CPA, or its local equivalent. Fluency in German is essential for effective communication and collaboration within the team and broader stakeholders.
