Human Resources Officer

Our client in the law and notary industry are seeking to hire a HR Officer to join their small HR team. This is a hands-on position, but has a heavy focus on administration and processes.

As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for HR matters, answering queries and managing the mailbox.
  • Administrative tasks resulting from the inflow, throughflow and outflow of employees.
  • Identifying and monitoring expiring contracts and absenteeism reports.
  • Planning and organising training for all employees.

You will have:

Degree educated in HR or a similar field.

Dutch and English language proficiency (MUST)

1-3 years in a similar role.
