Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is seeking to hire a HR Business Partner to join their small HR team. The role involves sparring with management teams and providing expertise across the various remits of HR. You will also have a hands-on role within policy development.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible:

  • Acting as a sparring partner for management and coaching employees in realising their objectives.
  • Demonstrating your expertise across HR (E.g. HR digitalisation, talent management, change management and employment conditions) and making positive contributions to the company.
  • Working on different projects, and contributing your strategic and innovative ideas.
  • Being a part of policy developments and implementing them across the organisation.

You will have:

Dutch and English (MUST HAVE!!)

Degree in HR Management or similar.

5+ years of experience in HR.

Ability to multitask and delegate.
