We are currently working with a PE-backed Manufacturing business based in the Netherlands that is seeking an Interim Carve-Out / Exit Lead to support the Team with the divestment of a significant part of the business.
The successful candidate will have a background in Big 4 Transaction Services and will now ideally operate as an interim, supporting international businesses on M&A transactions, specially on the sale / exit. You will focus on number generation from multiple sources, and know what good looks like from a financial and vendor due diligence perspective.

Relevant Manufacturing carve-out/sale experience.

Circa €800-€1100 per day.
