Key Account Manager

We are currently looking for a Key Account manager to expand our team in Amsterdam (B2B retail) for the German market. Together with your colleagues from the sales team you will continue to sell our practical and sustainable products to our Eastern neighbor’s. In this position you are responsible for expanding our customer base and growing the current relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Germany;
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth;
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients;
  • Provide excellent customer service and support;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs;
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities;
  • Meet sales targets and objectives;
  • Travel within Germany for client meetings and business development

Requirements:

  • Dutch, English and German language skills.
  • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field
  • At least 5 years of experience in key-account management, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven commercial track record
