Interim Transfer Pricing Specialist

Our private equity-backed manufacturing business, headquartered in Amsterdam, is currently looking for an experienced Interim Transfer Pricing Specialist for an engagement of circa twelve months. This is a pressing requirement, and candidates who are immediately available or able to mobilise at short notice are strongly encouraged to apply.

The business operates across multiple jurisdictions with intercompany arrangements of meaningful complexity, and the tax function requires dedicated senior interim support from a practitioner with deep, hands-on transfer pricing expertise. The organisation is at an important stage of its operational and structural development, and it is essential that the successful candidate is well-versed in the design, documentation, and defence of transfer pricing policies within a multinational manufacturing environment. ERP implementation or migration expertise is strongly favoured (MD365 or similar).

In this role, you will take primary responsibility for the group’s transfer pricing framework, working closely with the Head of Tax, and external advisers as required. Your remit will encompass the review and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD guidelines and applicable local regulations, the assessment and mitigation of intercompany pricing risk, and support with any tax authority enquiries or audit processes relating to transfer pricing matters. Experience of operating within a PE-backed business, or of supporting an organisation through a restructuring, acquisition, or post-deal integration, would be a considerable advantage.

The position is offered on a hybrid basis, requiring two to three days per week at the Amsterdam office. Candidates must therefore be based in, or readily able to commute to, the Amsterdam area for the duration of the assignment.
