Interim Regional HRBP

An 3-6 months interim regional HR business partner role for a business experiencing a time of growth. The role requires someone who can step up when required supporting the Head of HR and HR Director. Who also has the ability to connect with employee on the ground and communicate well and work to assist the SLT’s.

A regional HR Business Partnering post covering 6 location in the South East of England. This role is not just regional role in which you will have full autonomy to manage your sites but an opportunity to grow and see a clear career path to a senior HR position.

Daily duties include:

Management of 6 sites across Ipswich, Essex, Bedford, London, Rochester and Norwich.

Stakeholder management of Operational heads

Maintenance of policies , procedures and compliance

Employee Relations

Engagement and performance

Building a positive culture with your divisions

HR projects

To be successful in this role, you will need previous HR Business partnering experience in the UK , to speak fluent English and be CIPD L5 and above. You will be driven, highly organised and of course need to hold a full driving license. Communication is key in this role. You must therefore have clear strategic visions for your division and a passion for people.

The ideal location for you to be based is the Braintree, Colchester area. This location gives you good access to your sites. The role will be 3 – 6 months and FTC or day rate £250 – 300 pd umbrella / £55- 65 PA.
