Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner to play a key role in supporting the future of their workforce. Operating within the fast-paced world of FMCG, this role sits at the heart of the organization, supporting leaders, driving transformation, and ensuring the people strategy is aligned with ongoing innovation, automation, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive HR strategy and support change and transformation across the business.
- Advise on workforce planning, employee development, engagement, and performance.
- Translate HR trends into actionable initiatives and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to ensure aligned decision-making.
- Monitor HR KPIs and continuously optimize HR processes.
- Act as a connector and coach, strengthening both commercial and operational teams.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years’ experience in a strategic HR role.
- Proven experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a forward-looking, people-centric approach.
- Knowledge of Dutch Labor Law.
