Our client is a PE-backed consumer goods business who are amidst a large transformation post carve-out.
This role sits at the center of that build. As Global Process Owner for P2P, you will own the end-to-end purchase-to-pay design within a Microsoft D365 global template rollout, including the translation of business requirements into scalable process flows, managing gaps that emerge from the MVP implementation, and signing off on operating documentation produced by the BPO. You will also feed into the broader operating model design, including RACI definition across GBS, retained finance, local markets, IT and third parties. It is a hands-on mandate, covering everything from purchase controls and payment processes through to adjacent areas like Trade Spend and O2C where they connect.
The right person will have substantial P2P experience in a GBS environment, a track record in ERP global rollouts (D365 or comparable), and is comfortable working across finance, procurement, operations and IT stakeholders simultaneously. Consumer goods experience is useful but not essential. What matters more is that you have done this before at scale, know where the gaps tend to appear in MVP deployments, and can move between strategic design and pragmatic workarounds without losing momentum. The role is Amsterdam-based and requires the right to work in the Netherlands. However, the role involves regular travel (at least 2 weeks per month) to sites internationally, so flexibility to move between markets and stakeholders is expected.
Circa €700 per day. Immediately available candidates preferred. This will be an interim role for a period of roughly 9-12 months. Hybrid, roughly 3 days in the office.
