A leading Private Equity firm is seeking a seasoned Interim FP&A Advisor to support its high-growth portfolio businesses. This is a hands-on role with a clear mandate: fix, enhance, and build robust reporting and FP&A processes.
Role:
- Assess and overhaul current financial planning & analysis and reporting structures
- Design and implement a best-in-class reporting suite aligned with Private Equity expectations
- Introduce clear, actionable KPIs and dashboards for C-Suite and investors
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operational teams to drive insight and accountability
- Prepare the business for scalability and potential exit readiness
You:
- Extensive experience in FP&A within PE-backed or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of building FP&A/reporting functions from scratch
- Strong understanding of the Private Equity operating model
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited structure
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
