Back Office Operations

Our client is a specialist Investment Banking and Wealth Management boutique looking to expand their BO Operations team with 1-2 years of experience.

Role:

  • General Back Office operations.
  • Client queries and correspondence, including payments, withdrawals and stock transfers.
  • Client onboarding.
  • Transfers in and out support.
  • Dematerialisation and rematerialization support.
  • Corporate Actions processing.
  • Liaising with Investment Managers.
  • Dealing with adhoc requests from Investment Managers and clients.
  • Data management and monitoring.
  • Client report creation including regular client statements and valuations.
  • Completing compliance assessment forms and checks.

Experience:

  • Proven Back Office experience or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other back-office software
  • Knowledge of CRM platform is a plus
