What we look for?
We will be starting our next training academy in the summer of ‘22 and we are looking for up to 6 people to join us in the start of their career. You will receive full training with one of our Group Directors who has experience of developing people from associate level through to director.
Whilst experience is not required you will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualities and personal values:
- A sense of humour – don’t take yourself too seriously.
- Integrity – take responsibility for your actions.
- Ambition – be the best version of you at all times.
- Resilience – take setbacks, no’s, and getting knock down but you can get back up and keep going.
- Empathy – understand people and their feelings.
- Naturally outgoing – comfortable with talking to all types of people, enjoy speaking to people on the phone, confident and curious to ask questions and thrive in a social setting.
- Work ethic – don’t put things off for tomorrow when it can be done today. You can see the bigger picture, work hard towards it and don’t take no for an answer
- Organised – able to plan your day, multitask and are a self-starter.
- Money motivated – driven to make more money than your friends, thrive under pressure and are fiercely competitive.
- Ethical – able to demonstrate the above qualities within an ethical framework
If you are a recent graduate, have always been told you were a natural salesperson, are you curious, money motivated and resilient, this could be the opportunity for you. We will consider a range of backgrounds including:
- Recent graduate with life and/or office experience (gap year, year out, weekend job whilst studying).
- Recent 6 Form leaver with the UCAS points to go to university but are eager to jump into the workplace.
- University leaver who didn’t thrive at university and is seeking a new opportunity in the workforce.
- Second jobber, after graduation you’ve been stuck in a graduate scheme or a job that promised the earth and delivered nothing.
- Mature graduate for whom your chosen career is no longer floating your boat and you desire a career change more in line with your motivation and personality.
