Ann Radford
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ann has had a highly successful international career spanning 25 years in interim executive search.
After graduating from the University of Oxford, her recruitment career started at one of the world’s largest global HR and recruitment firms and she became a prolific biller and highly respected Director in both the permanent and interim space.
Having built her reputation among Senior Management within SMEs and Private Equity clients, as well as internationally listed organisations across all hierarchical levels of finance and project management, clients now reach out to Ann when they or their portfolio companies require specialist interim talent. At pre and post deal pain points she provides them with C-Suite professionals to support their business objectives from both a finance and transformation perspective. Armed with an enviable network of clients and candidates, she has the ability to intuitively match individuals to roles with a comprehensive understanding of the brief process, shortlisting the most suitable candidates and taking the mandate through to completion.
Ann’s hands-on approach to recruitment is consultative and she understands that not only is experience important to a role, the culture and personality fit are equally as vital and can often mark the difference between success and failure. Her raison d’être is to make the recruitment process fun and hassle-free. She will always give an honest answer and maintain an open dialogue with clients and candidates, some of whom have been with her for many years.
Ann is also a fierce champion of female empowerment as her Ad Equality brand testifies, and she mentors young female financial services graduates in her spare time.
As well as continually looking for new business ideas and initiatives in her work life Ann’s other major passion in life are her two girls – Daisy and Tilly keep Ann busy with swimming and cricketing passions. Outside of the workplace, Ann loves to walk and has recently taken up running. She is also a keen writer and has a half-written novel which may get completed one day even if it’s in retirement.
Gabrielle Fowler
Group Operations Director
Gabrielle joined Ad Idem in 2019 and has since risen to become the Group Operations Director for Ad Idem Consulting and its affiliated companies. With an extensive background in Event Management, Gabby excels in fast-paced environments where client and candidate needs are paramount. Beyond her operational expertise and responsibilities, Gabby also spearheads recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on Transformation and Change Management, working with PMO’s, Consultants and clients across all sectors as well as supporting our Financial Services clients across all middle and back office mandates. Hailing from Australia, outside of work Gabby enjoys exploring everything the UK and Europe has to offer.
Felix Rattray
Principal Consultant – Private Equity
Felix joined Ad Idem as an Associate Recruitment Consultant before being promoted to Consultant and recently Principal Consultant for Private Equity, all within his first few years. Working alongside Ann, Felix engages directly with C-Suite and other high-calibre professional candidates across Europe and the United States. Additionally, Felix develops and maintains long-standing relationships with our key Private Equity clients, whilst delivering tailored recruitment solutions for Interim, Permanent and Executive Search mandates.
On the weekend Felix enjoys playing and making music. His experience in playing the guitar and piano means that he regularly composes his own songs that he releases on all major streaming platforms, he has even found himself being played on the radio a number of times. He is very sociable and likes to make time for his friends and family.
Isabella Coro
Associate Recruitment Consultant
Isabella recently graduated from the University of Nottingham and has joined the Ad Idem Consulting team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. Working alongside Felix and Ann, Isabella engages with senior candidates across all verticals. Her remit is global, with a key focus on the European and Unites States market.
Outside of work, Isabella is a keen swimmer and loves to cook and bake. She enjoys travelling and exploring new places and is always reading a good book.
