Our client, a Private Equity backed business, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their global Chief Financial Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation currently going through a significant transformation programme, working closely with the CFO and wider finance leadership team during an exciting and demanding period of change.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the CFO’s diary, travel and correspondence, acting as a trusted right hand while managing competing priorities with discretion and composure across different time zones. You will coordinate board level meetings and calls spanning multiple geographies, prepare materials and presentations, and act as a key point of contact between the CFO and internal and external stakeholders across the business globally. Given the scale of change currently underway, you will need to be comfortable operating in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, adapting quickly as priorities shift and demonstrating sound judgement when working with sensitive and confidential information. You will also play a key role in supporting the wider finance team, fostering strong working relationships across the function internationally.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting C-suite executives in a global capacity. Experience operating within a private equity backed environment, or supporting a business through a major transformation programme, would be highly advantageous. You will bring exceptional organisational skills, a proactive and resourceful approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across different countries. Previous experience managing complex international travel and coordinating diaries across multiple time zones would also be essential for this role.
This role is offering a base salary (inclusive of holiday pay) of up to €75,000, on a hybrid basis requiring three days per week in the Amsterdam office.
