Our client, a pharma business based in Amsterdam, is looking to hire a Finance Manager with a strong background in FP&A and business partnering.
This is an internationally focused role sitting within a lean finance team, with hands-on responsibility for management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will support the preparation of monthly board packs, contribute to variance analysis and performance commentary, and play an active role in the forecasting and planning cycle across the business. The role also carries a meaningful process improvement dimension, supporting the senior Finance team with reporting enhancements, financial modelling, and the build-out of dashboards and data visibility.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to provide clear, commercially grounded financial insight, translating numbers into something useful for decision-making rather than simply reporting what has already happened.
The right person will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a complex or international environment. You will be comfortable working across functions, technically strong, and genuinely interested in FP&A as a discipline. Prior exposure to a fast-moving or transformation-heavy environment would be helpful, though not essential at this level. What matters more is analytical rigour, curiosity, and a clear sense of what good financial planning looks like in practice.
The role is based in Amsterdam (three days per week in the office) and offers a salary of €65,000 to €75,000.
