Interim Finance Systems Manager

We are partnering with an FMCG business based in Amsterdam to hire an Interim Systems Finance Manager, BNL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of regional P&L and income statement reporting
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance of financial results
  • Lead month-end close and regional consolidation activities
  • Monitor pricing and trade-spend budgets
  • Business partner with commercial teams, providing insights, dashboards, and performance analysis
  • Act as key finance contact for regional stakeholders, with the ability to challenge where needed
  • Support group-level reporting and finance activities

Transformation & Systems:

  • Play a key role in a Microsoft Dynamics & Lucanet implementation
  • Contribute to / operate within a Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE) environment

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified accountant with 8–10 years’ finance experience
  • Background in FMCG or manufacturing preferred
  • Proven interim experience, with the ability to deliver impact quickly
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience in Private Equity-backed environments advantageous
  • Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and delivery focus
