We are excited to be partnering with a newly acquired FMCG business based in Amsterdam to hire a Senior Finance Manager with strong expertise in FP&A and business partnering.
This is a senior, international role with responsibility for managing global commercial fixed costs and producing monthly board reports, alongside supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight, challenge, and decision support at the highest level. Someone with the ability to work well with PowerBi is also a plus.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience, gained within complex, global organisations in an FP&A environment. You will bring gravitas and credibility, and be comfortable partnering with senior leadership teams and private equity stakeholders.
The role also has a significant transformational element. Working closely with the Finance Director, you will support change initiatives and continuous improvement projects, evaluate and challenge investment business cases, and lead the enhancement of data visibility, reporting, and dashboards.
You will bring pace, energy, and a strong understanding of “what good looks like” in a PE-backed environment. Your financial modelling skills will be exemplary, and the scope for career progression is substantial.
This role is based in Amsterdam, with three days per week in the office.
€90k-€105k salary.
