We are recruiting for a Private Equity fund in search of a Director level Financial transaction services leader to support their investment in a sale in early 2025.
Ideally this will be working at least 3 days a week in Madrid, Spain and the candidate must speak Spanish.
You will support the Group CFO in leading all aspects of the Vendor Due diligence, control the data room , valuation model and work closely to manage the advisors and answer questions asked for potential buyers. My client is particularly keen on talking to ex Big 4 transaction services Directors who have since started to consult in Internationally.
Spanish Speaking is a must but travel could be twice monthly for the right candidate. Also essential is a European passport. If you have led a sale for PE and supported a CFO previously we would like to talk to you. This is a hands on role and not advisory.
This role is to start in Dec 24 and then to ramp up for a transaction in QTR 1/2 25. You must be available for at least a 6 month, possibly a 9 months period.
