We are currently seeking an interim FP&A Specialist to support a critical period of growth and transformation. This is one of our brilliant PE-backed clients based in the city.
This role requires someone who can quickly establish credibility, lead the finalisation of the annual budget, and coach the existing finance team through improved forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance processes. You will be central in meeting the increased demand for data insight and analytics from the PE owners, producing clear performance reporting, dashboards, and supporting scenario modelling. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments and can provide senior stakeholders with clear, actionable financial insight.
This contract is initially 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension, given the volume of work and opportunity for impact. We’re looking for a seasoned FP&A leader, someone commercially minded, technically strong, and capable of elevating the finance function.
