Human Resources Manager

Our client in the travel industry is seeking to hire a HR Manager. This is a standalone, generalist role to support the HR function following a TUPE-in.

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Harmonisation of the two companies merging (eg culture).
  • Managing HR and ER related cases.
  • Working with and coaching management teams.
  • Overtime develop one employee handbook.

You will have:

CIPD certification.

3+ years of experience.

TUPE experience.

Salary range: £45-50k

Hybrid (office in Central London).
