Human Resources Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an exciting opportunity in North Holland?

Our client, a leading company in manufacturing industry, is looking for a dynamic HR professional to support their business and drive employee engagement. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing expert HR guidance while fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is available to commence employment by the end of February.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Oversee performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences or HR
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch (spoken and written). Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
