Our brilliant PE backed FMCG client are currently looking for an FP&A Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide timely insight and analysis through high quality reporting that drives business decision.
- Responsible for accurate weekly reporting including weekly Flash P&L.
- Perform modelling and analysis to support decision-making, working with the business to gather insights.
- Develop analytical tools and reporting templates.
- Support in the delivery of the annual budgets.
- Monthly support to the month end process and ownership / support in the production of the board pack, commercial pack and profit review pack.
- Support preparation and execution of annual, quarterly and long-term planning cycles, acting as a business partner to all senior leadership, as well as working with the broader FP&A team and the business to understand requirements and performing system loads.
For this role you must have strong analytical skills, we are looking for a logical, creative and outside the box problem solver, with excellent organisation skills, with the ability to self-manage, prioritise, work under pressure and deliver tasks and projects within deadlines.
Advanced Excel is a must, and you will ideally be qualified (ACA, MBA or CPA) or qualified by experience (FMCG / Manufacturing experience would be beneficial).
£70k-£80k PA
