Seeking an experienced Commodity Structurer to support Derivatives and Physical Deals in Power & Gas. You’ll be responsible for pricing and executing short to medium-term commercial deals, optimizing gas working capital, structuring deals, and developing new trades and structured products for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize quantitative pricing techniques for both physical contracts and derivatives, including options, swings, interconnectors & PPAs.
- Price and execute short to medium-term commercial deal opportunities.
- Develop and implement trading strategies for flexible gas products
- Test models to support deal structuring and agreements.
- Optimize long-term gas offtakes
- Develop new trades and structured products for clients, including banks, utilities, and industrials.
- Present hedging structures and negotiate terms with counterparties
Qualifications:
- Experience in structuring and executing derivatives and physical power & gas deals.
- Quantitative pricing experience.
- Experience in developing trading strategies and optimize gas working capital.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in developing client-focused structured products.
