Our client are a leading Market Maker who are expanding their client services & solutions team with multiple hires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with institutional clients ensuring effective communication.
- Resolve ad-hoc queries and requests from both clients and internal teams such as trading and technology.
- Oversee client onboarding and offboarding.
- Oversee technology onboarding.
- Monitoring NOP limits and Margin Utilisations.
- Reviewing client KYC documentation.
About You:
- STEM degree.
- Experience within the FX, futures, or other derivatives markets.
- MT4 experience is preferred but not essential.
