We are seeking an experienced Client Services, Client Solutions or Relationship Manager for our client, who provide Prime Services & Electronic Market Making services to institutional clients.
As the first and main point of contact for clients, the ideal candidate will have experience within FX, Futures or other derivates markets, have an exceptionally high level of customer care, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the needs of the company’s global client base
- Be the fundamental link between the Client and internal departments
- Onboarding new clients and technology
- Monitor open trading positions and margin utilisations
- Additional ad-hoc projects
