Salary: £160 – £180 per day
This role will be to deliver day-to-day service support to retail clients, assuring compliance with client requirements, internal policies and procedures, and the appropriate regulatory framework.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties keeping them informed or change/issues;
- Liaise with contracted third party on service delivery;
- Proactively manage internal client relationships;
- Asses client needs, expectations, and behaviours as a basis for recommending service enhancements;
- Able to represent the client in face-to-face meetings, including providing support materials.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Undergrad degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years related business experience.
