This role forms part of the Channel Marketing team, this function being the primary ‘go to market’ communications function of the firm. The role focusses on the marketing of our service propositions for private clients throughout the UK.
The role requires close liaison with the central region offices closely aligned to the development of this growing segment of new business flow.
The successful candidate will have good private client knowledge and will have been owned the creation, development as well as execution of plans. It is imperative that this role ensures effective measurement of the marketing activity against the business target to increase leads and clients. So a commercial outlook and experience is essential for this role. Experience in using data to analyse particular target client segments to create insightful campaigns and messaging.
Our activity here is designed to drive both awareness of our specialist capabilities in the market at key industry and internal company events, showcasing our expertise via insight communications, as well producing materials that support the development of the new business pipeline, through to assisting in the production of pitch materials and presentations.
The marketing and comms team also plays a crucial role in ensuring that at any local office level activity is developed and coordinated in a consistent company-wide framework, such that central initiatives are properly exploited locally, that campaign ideas are fully shared, best practice is followed, and performance is measured and reported against agreed marketing and brand metrics. Part of this role is also to account manage and be the ‘front person’ for offices in the central region, coordinating efforts in the broader team behind the scenes where central marketing assistance is required.
