Accounts Receivable (12-month rolling FTC)
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000
Our client is looking for a Cash Office/AR Manager to join their team in a 12-month rolling FTC. This role has overall responsibility for the Cash Offices in the UK, ensuring timely reporting to the Financial Controller.
Some of the responsibilities and duties include:
- Completing bank recs of cash and coins between SAP and banks, and investigating the differences.
- Core cash handling duties.
- Ensuring all banked cheques are properly processed in a timely manner.
- Authorising and ensuring all aged debt issues on cash on delivery ledger are cleared down.
- Reporting cash issues.
- Manage a team of 2: Cash Office team and Cash Office Clerk.
Experience and qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, with an excellent attention to details.
- Manage, maintain, and motivate staff.
- Experience of SAP processes.
