Job Description

Our client, a well known financial services business are recruiting for a Accounts Administrator. As a player in the team, you will be responsible for payment and processing of invoices, expenses and credit card reconciliations for the operations team.

You will need to be used to daily high volume of payments in multi-currencies (more than 350 a week).

  • The main responsibilities include:
  • Daily invoice processing through workflow system
  • Prioritising invoices for payment
  • Weekly payment processing and balance checks
  • Monitor team and deal with queries.
  • Setting up new suppliers and updates when received
  • Weekly payment of personal expenses.
  • Monthly reconciliation

You must have experience working in a busy Accounts Administration position and have knowledge of accounting as well as high volume accounts payable and multiple bank accounts experience.
